Frank Erwin - REALTOR®

Frank Erwin is a sales associate at Tidewater Properties and specializes in residential

and agriculture sales. Frank grew up in Greeleyville, SC and went to college at East

Carolina University, where he graduated with a degree in business management and a

minor in entrepreneurship. 

Frank started his real estate career in 2018 in Jacksonville, FL as an investor and

realtor. Since 2018 he has done over 50 million dollars in real estate transactions and

currently has a rental portfolio of over 90 units. Frank’s real estate experience includes

residential and commercial sales, infill lot development, residential and commercial

rentals, and farmland. 

Frank’s love for Williamsburg County and the outdoors brought him and his family

(Wife-Caroline  Son-Wiley) back to Greeleyville in 2024. He looks to use his real estate

experience to help serve others in the place that he has always called home.
